Aquinas College’s academic programs are rooted in the liberal arts and the Dominican Tradition, a spiritual and intellectual tradition entering its eighth century. By the inclusion of philosophy and theology in each course of study, the academic programs facilitate the "dialogue between faith and reason" (Ex Corde Ecclesiae, 17).
Thus, Aquinas College prepares students for their professional lives in business, nursing, teacher education and graduate studies by upholding the good, true and beautiful.
To accommodate the needs of today's busy students, Aquinas College offers two basic approaches for your degree studies: the Traditional format, and an accelerated Adult Studies Program.
Traditional degree tracks are available in liberal arts, business, nursing, and teacher education, through course offerings at the Main Campus. We encourage with day-time availability to pursue traditional studies in order to experience more fully the unique Aquinas College campus community.
The Adult Studies Program offers degree tracks and undergraduate certificates in nursing, and business. Designed to accomodate the learning styles and hectic schedules of working professionals, Adult Studies Program courses are offered in an accelerated format during evening hours at two different Nashville locations for your convenience: Main Campus at 4210 Harding Pike and, East Campus at 22 Century Boulevard.
