Associate of Arts

The Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts is a two-year degree, requiring 64 semester hours for completion. The Associate of Arts is appropriate for those students seeking some college level study before entering their chosen career or for professional advancement.

Theology
Any two courses in Theology
Philosophy
Any one course in Philosophy
History Sequence
HIS201/202 U.S. History I & II, or
HIS111/112 Western Civilization I & II
Literature
Any one Literature course
Natural Science & Mathematics
Any one course in Natural Science (with laboratory)
Any one course in Mathematics
Either one additional Natural Science or Mathematics course
Humanities
Any two courses in the Humanities
Social/Behavioral Sciences
Any one course in the Social or Behavioral Sciences
General Electives
General electives are taken to fulfill the degree requirement of 64 credit hours.
