Nursing at Aquinas College offers two-degree programs: the Associate of Science in Nursing, the entry level program and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, the RN to B.S.N. completion program. Offering the two degree programs allows students entry into the nursing profession with the A.S.N. degree and then the opportunity to complete the requirements needed for the B.S.N. degree through the completion program. Both degree programs foster personal and professional growth based on the integration and application of the liberal arts and sciences and professional nursing content with a solid foundation in Christian principles.
The programs prepare graduates to practice nursing in a competent, professional, ethical and effective manner within a culturally diverse society. All nursing students are bound by the unique Aquinas College Code of Ethics for Nursing Students.
