Admissions Forms
Thank you for your interest in Aquinas College. We offer a broad range of attendance plans, each designed to meet a student's unique interests and needs. These plans include our standard full-time, degree programs and our non-degree program, as well as the opportunity to audit classes. We also provide high school students the chance to get a head start on their college education through our Summer Scholar and Dual-enrollment programs.
You'll find the necessary application forms both in the list below and in the main Admissions menu under "Admissions Forms." Note that all forms are available for download in PDF format. Every student is encouraged to express opinions and concerns to academic advisors, faculty members, and/or program directors. End-of-course surveys provide a direct means whereby students may rate the effectiveness of instructors and the classroom experience.
