To complete the admissions process, it is necessary that applicants complete 2 immunization forms: The Certificate of Immunization form and the Hepatitis B Certification of Vaccination form. Both are available for (PDF) download below.
Completion of both forms is a registration requirement for all students and must be returned to the Office of Admissions for processing one week prior to registration. Failure to complete and return these forms will result in a hold placed on a student's file, which will prevent the student from registering for classes.
The Office of Student Affairs sponsors a campus recycling program. Aluminum can recycling bins are located on the Carriage House porch, in Breen Hall, and at the student entrance to the main building.
