Ferpa Guidelines

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) is the federal law that protects the privacy of student education records.

Aquinas College students have the right to review the accuracy of information kept in their cumulative file by the Registrar upon written request.

Student records will not be made available to unauthorized persons, nor will they be given to any institution or individual without the written permission of the student. This includes parents, spouses and family members.
