Located on the first floor of the main campus building, this office is responsible for the secure maintenance of student files and academic records. As the custodian for Aquinas College and the security of each student's records, information is released only at the student's request with his/her accompanying signature according to the policies required by The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. The Office of Student Affairs sponsors a campus recycling program. Aluminum can recycling bins are located on the Carriage House porch, in Breen Hall, and at the student entrance to the main building.
