In order to continue your veteran benefits, you must complete the Aquinas College Veterans Benefits Request Form. Forms are available at the Office of the Registrar, or you may download the (PDF) form below.

Did you know?
Students living at an address other than the permanent address must notify the Registrar of the local address and telephone number. Any change of address, telephone, and/or name should be reported to the Registrar.
